This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us for the purpose of accessing our website or app (“Platform”), will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

This includes information you provide when you register to use the Platform and subscribe to our service. The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, username and profile picture. 
  • Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to the Platform, we may automatically collect some information related to your device or your access to the Platform. 
  • Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you access the Platform using third party platforms. Any information collected about you from third party sites will be governed by their privacy policies and you should read their terms carefully before accessing this content. 

THE BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA

We process your data for the performance of the contract that you have entered into for the provision of our services, and/or in order to take steps at your request to enter into the contract.

Your consent will be required at the moment of registering into the Platform and in case we share some of your data with third parties for a purpose different from those containedcomprised in this privacy policy and that is not indispensable for the provision of our services.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to us is stored on our webserver. 

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy, by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

  • transferring your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission;
